The record has the lightest/faintest of superficial/hairline surface marks and grades EX.

The front laminated flip-back 'Patents pending' sleeve has minor corner wear with slightly more on the top left corner. Some small light creases around the edges and down the spine. There is also a small light laminate crease just above his shoulder on the right. Some light ring wear/rubbing marks with slightly more on the back and it grades EX.
