Nutritional ingredient

Cicada slough contains chitin and pteridine pigments.Isoxanthopterin, erythropterin, protein, amino acids, organic acids, phenolic compounds.The relative contents of amino acids were the highest in alanine, proline and asparticacid.Serine, threonine, glutamicacid, β-alanine, tyrosine and γ-aminobutyricacid were the next.Isoleucine phenylalanine and leucine were lower.Valine, ornithine, and methionine are the lowest.It also contains soluble calcium.Cicada slough contain high content of protein, as well as L-valine, γ-aminobutyric acid, tyrocine and glutamic acid.Contains adenosine triphosphate.

蝉蜕内含甲壳质(chitin)，蝶啶类色素;异黄质喋呤(isoxanthopterin)，赤蝶呤(erythropterin)，蛋白质，氨基酸，有机酸，酚类化合物。氨基酸的相对含量以丙氨酸(alanine)，脯氨酸(proline)和天冬氨酸(asparticacid)等最高;丝氨酸(serine)，苏氨酸(threonine)，谷氨酸(glutamicacid)，β丙氨酸(β-alanine)，酪氨酸(tyrosine) 和γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyricacid)次之;异亮氨酸(isoleucine)苯丙氨酸(phenylalanine)，亮氨酸 (leucine)较低;缬氨酸(valine)，鸟氨酸(ornithine)，蛋氨酸(methionine)等量最低。并含可溶性钙。蝉蜕含高含量甲壳质蛋白质，以及L-缬氨酸(L-valine)，γ-氨基丁酸，酪氨酸(tyrocine)，谷氨酸。含三磷酸腺苷酶。
