The Independent State of Croatia (Serbo-Croatian: Nezavisna Država Hrvatska, NDH), was a World War II state allied with Germany and Italy, which was established in parts of Axis-occupied Yugoslavia.
This set was issued on 12 November 1944 in aid of the Red Cross.
