This is a Betty Boop x Ipsy purse/cosmetic bag in great condition!  It has big Betty Boop silhouette  on the front and black sequence on the back.  It has a red satin interior with a red heart zipper pull.  It measures approximately 8 1/2" wide by 5 1/2" high.
