Nutter Butter is a deer gland lure made from deer nuts, with added musks and attractants. Nutter Butter works best up to and during the rut, driving bucks crazy, thinking there is an intruder in their territory. During the early season, deer will be mildly attracted to the lure, but as the rut builds up there will be increased activity and appeal. When the rut starts to kick in, Nutter Butter will really start to ramp up the big bucks, as the allure of hot does and possible interlopers drives them wild. One buck on our camera came back to check his scrape 5 times during the day!
