Our prefered method of payment is Paypal.

4.1 Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods

4.2 Once your order is marked as paid, we shall dispatch your order in line with eBays polcies.

4.3 Orders that remain unpaid for 10 days will be marked as unpaid to enable our fees to be refunded.  

4.4 Credit/Debit card payments are accepted once you have checked out.  Please contact us with your card details.

4.5 We do not accept cash or card details through the post

4.6 If we receive a chargeback claim for an order that you have not contacted us about, we shall seek assistance from eBay in resolving issues.  Incorrect or defended chargebacks will result in an admin fee of £15.00 being passed on to the buyer.

4.7 Refunds are issued in accordance with eBays refund policy, please see our returns policy for more details.

8.1  You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 30 days of the date of delivery to your address.

8.2  Returned items must be in their original and unused condition complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging so that they may be sold again.

8.3  Returned items must be sent on a traceable service with delivery notification.  You must upload the tracking number to your return or message us the number as we use a third party agent to manage our returned items.

8.4  A refund of the order will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

8.5  We reserve the right to deduct any applicable postage costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover any expenses.

8.6  All return delivery costs are at the buyer's expense unless the product is faulty and you have contacted us prior to the return to advise the item is faulty.

8.7  The following items are excluded from return guarantee for health and Hygiene reasons;  

     i.  Balloons that have been opened from the sealed packaging.

     ii. Any inflatable item that have oral inflation valves and require mouth contact to inflate (unless faulty).

     iii. Any personalised or printed items.

     iiii.  Perishable items which included helium inflated balloons / Balloon in a box, due to the short life of these items.  Helium-filled balloons are sent next day and only guaranteed for 48 hours after dispatch.

8.8 Normal returns policy applies for faulty goods.  

The above policies do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10.1 All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. 

10.2 Printed and Custom orders require longer dispatch times and can take up to 5 working days to be processed.

10.3 All items are dispatched the next working day once your balloons have been printed and quality checked. 

10.4 You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

10.5 Failed delivery attempts will be carded you must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. 

10.6 Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any delivery costs. 

10.7 We deliver to: mainland UK, Highlands and Islands with DPD. 

10.8 Collection can be made from our Staplehurst warehouse with prior arrangement 

10.9 We can only deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of order. 

10.10 Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid.

10.11 Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we need to contact you. 

10.12 Custom printed balloons are dispatched by DPD Next day. 

10.13 Airmail can take up to 21 days

Q. Are these balloons suitable for helium?

A. We sell 2 kinds of Balloons - Foil and Latex.  Both are suitable for helium depending on the size of the balloon.  Any latex over 10" will float with Helium.  the same with Foil Balloons, any foil over 17" will float with helium and anything smaller are for air filling.

Q. Do you offer a next day delivery?

A. Yes we are able to ship for a next day delivery, however orders needs to be completed before 14:00 as DHL collect from 14:30 onwards.

Q. Can I come and collect from you, do you have a shop?

A. Yes you are more than welcome to collect from our shop.

Q.  How long will the balloons stay inflated for?

A.  Most latex balloons will have a float time of 8-12 hours, whilst foil balloons will stay inflated for 2-3 days (Sometime much longer)

Q. Do you sell inflated balloons?

A. Yes, we do sell balloon in a box and these are on selected lines.  Latex balloons will always be deflated due to the float time of them.
