between different LAN topologies, in the ISDN coupling of networks with increased bandwidth requirements
(Backup, Band with on Demand) or as a telematics server. The flexible adaptation to the respective requirement profile
takes place with the help of communication modules (for WAN / ISDN and LAN) or function modules,
where a total of three slots are available
