Shipping
Packing:
To insure your item arrives safely and undamaged, we take great care in carefully inspecting all items prior to wrapping . Professional packaging is used. If an item is damaged during shipment, the buyer is to notify The Parfumerie within 72 hours of delivery. The buyer is to retain all packaging for the carrier's inspection. Please note we may need to ask for photos of the box and damaged items if required by the carrier.
International buyers:
Please contact us prior to your purchase so that shipping charges can be accurately calculated. Please do not rely on the e-Bay shipping calculator.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping and handling charges. We advise that you check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to your purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying all charges associated with the shipping and entrance into another country (VAT, DUTY, TAX, DOCUMENT FEE'S, ETC.)
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are NOT PROHIBITED from entering the destination country. All items returned from Foreign Customs for any reason will be rebilled freight/postage.
There are restrictions for shipping certain items to various countries and by various carriers. Some restrictions are parcel size, others are the items within the parcel. Contact us prior to sale if the destination is outside of the USA.
Domestic Buyers:
We ship domestic packages daily.
All buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted. Free shipping applies to contenental USA only (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may accrue extra shipping charge.) Please contact us with your questions.
All items returned from USPS or other carriers for neglected pick up or an invalid address will be rebilled freight/postage for second mailing.
Shipping Transit Times:
Once your payment has cleared, most orders are processed and shipped out the next business day. We are not responsible for shipping transit times. Times may vary particularly during peak holiday time. International buyers please note that once package has entered the destination country, and has left customs, we have no ablitiy for tracking through the USPS.
Terms of Sale
Payment is due within 3 Days of the close of the sale via PayPal, unless a written agreement prior to close of sale has been established.
All cosmetic and or glass items may not be returned unless unused and un opened. Please inquire about specifications or applications prior to purchasing to insure your total satisfaction.
Returns:
If you need to return an item the buyer must first contact The Parfumerie within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase.
UNOPEND & UNUSED PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT ONLY.
All returns must be authorized by The Parfumerie, LLC, and issued a R/A number. R/A numbers need to be clearly written on the front label portion of the returned box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Item will be refused or discarded. No exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for a 20 % restocking fee on all returns.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, & restocking fee. All OILS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Refund, where applicable will be issued less the shipping cost if item is sold with free shipping.
