Albert Coles Antique American Coin Silver Pocket Folding Fruit Knife

Antique coin silver folding pocket knife by Albert Coles, who was active in New York, NY, from 1835 to 1875.

The knife is hallmarked on the blade as follows (I had a hard time capturing a clear closeup photo of the pictorial marks, so I'm substituting this image):

The handle is monogrammed LD in the middle of the heart motif.

The knife is in excellent condition for its age.
