For your consideration is this awesome 2006 Ibanez RG370DX Wizard II neck truss rod cover with factory mounting hardware. This truss rod cover is in good pre-owned condition with no cracks or chips. It does have some visible wear on the top of the cover. Hardware appears mixed but all fit just fine.

Mounting hole spacing is as follows: from the 12 o'clock hole to the 4 o'clock hole is 30.17 mm; from the 4 o'clock hole to the 8 o'clock hole is 28.47 mm; and from the 8 o'clock hole to the 12 o'clock hole is 35.81 mm.
