Name - Max 10 characters (no special characters) We will only put one name and it will be printed the same for ALL bags.
Initials - Max 3 characters (no special characters) We will only put one initial and it will be printed the same for ALL bags.
Name and initial – Name Max 10 Characters. Initial Max 1 character. We will put one initial and one name, and it will be the same for ALL bags. (Name will be in silver as standard, only initial colour can be chosen)

IMPORTANT: We aim to personalise and dispatch your order within 48 hrs.  As in line with UK Law, refunds/returns/exchanges are NOT permitted on any personalised items.  If we do not receive your personalisation request, then we will send you out a blank item or cancel your order.  You must send personalisation requests when purchasing as we will not be chasing you for this.  Digital mock-ups may be sent on personalised items (bespoke baubles, mirrors & plaques only) for you to confirm designs – however this is not always guaranteed.   If we do not hear back within 12 hours from sending a mock-up, we will create your item and no changes can be made.  When purchasing you agree to the above terms and conditions.           
        

Returns/refund are NOT accepted on personalised items as in line with UK LAW.

Items will only be sent to the address provided on eBay. Please make sure the address is correct when purchasing. Changes CANNOT be made!

We use Royal Mail for majority of our items. Larger items or heavier bulk items will be sent using Parcel Force. You have the option to select Standard or Signed For/Tracked services at the final checkout page. Royal Mail aim to deliver products that are Royal Mail 48 within 2-3 working days with delivery confirmation. Please note that 1st class post is NOT a guaranteed next day service!

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: while we do our best to ship out your items on time, there may on occasion be a delay with the postal service, which is out of our control. If you haven’t received your item on time please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback so we can look into this for you and deal with the problem efficiently.
If you change your mind and would like to return a NON PERSONALISED product that doesn’t satisfy your needs you can return the item in terms of exchange or a refund. PERSONALISED products are NOT eligible for a return/refund as in line with UK LAW. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the postage charge to return a non personalised product unless the item is damaged or incorrect to what you had originally ordered.  

The item should be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. If in case the returned item is received damaged to us, the buyer will be responsible for that! So please, make sure the item is packaged securely. You can return the product within 7 working days after receiving your item for a refund. 

Once the item has been received a refund will be processed!    

NON PERSONALISED PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS ...... PERSONALISED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AS IN LINE WITH UK LAW!
