Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition. Glass looks OK, even thought I see couple scratches. Filter is fully operational and function as intended. I would rate it at 8, on a scale from 1 to 10. Center spot is 1.5" wide. Please note that vignette has some scotch tape on top, previous owner put it there so it would be easier to remove it from the filter holder.
It will be mailed as pictured, without any accessories. .
