You get bellows as pictured. Please note that this item is incomplete. So look at the pictures what accessories are included. You get 3" filter holder , with  two 4" aluminum rods, and and frame. All parts are made of plastic. Rods are made of aluminum.. It seems that holder screw holes are worn and rods wobble. So item might needs some repair, or maybe you could put some kind of rubber washer, or something to keep it from moving (washer suppose to go in between rod and a frame). Again, item is incomplete. So please look at the pictures. Bellows might be missing other parts as well. Please double check that this is all you need when ordering.
