This listing is for vintage c. 1950s Mouton, (Sheepskin /shearling fur) Coat. The sheared fur is a rich, dense pile, thick and luxurious.  This is a warm coat  and it weight nearly 4lbs .

The coat also has a pretty embossed lining.  The condition on this coat is very nice imho, with just a spot on the hemline where the lining needs to be tacked down with a few stitches and also, I can see one hook but I can't find the eye for the  closure.. It appears to have just that one closure on the front.

The sleeves are cuffed and there are two front slit (hidden) pockets with flannel lining for warm hands.
This coat came out of a high end estate.

There is a small tag sewn into the lining which has a hand written identification number from the maker.
