POSTAGE:

Our FREE Postage offering utilises Australia Post's Tracked Large Letter Service. Letters can take 2 - 14 business days to reach their destination. Yo will have full racking with this option

Express postage is an option as well you can select this at checkout.

RETURNS:

Returns of faulty items are accepted within 30 days of purchase, refund will be issued on return of item in same condition and packaging as received. The buyer is responsible for the payment for postage.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION:

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase and pickup if applicable must also be within 3 days. 

As we have a contactless pickup procedure, pickups must be paid for prior to collection and a pickup window must be booked in with us in advance.
