Description:
- Incomplete plumb bob for the construction of the second half of the 19th century, with solid iron weight and without preserving the nut.
- The body of the weight is cylindrical and conical, 17.2 cm. long, 4.7 cm. in diameter and 1,512 gr. in weight, with a threaded head.
- It has a very good and beautiful patina throughout the plumb bob. The quality of the iron casting, and the execution of the Plumb bob, is very good.
- Along the body it has several channels of subtle depth, achieving a harmonious overall effect.
- The localized pins are made with a punch, which has a die at its tip.
- The number "5" corresponds to the size of the weight and the number 1.5 K corresponds to the weight of the weight, while, of the three initials "B", "Y" and "N", we have not found data that can provide us with information, although they most probably correspond to the manufacturer.
- The fact that a plumb bob has some distinctive mark or contrast, different from its size number, is a very scarce detail and of great importance for the interest of the plumb bob.
- The plumb bob is probably made in southern Europe.
Conservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of conservation, with the weight having several blows and rubbing, both on the edges and faces.

Descripción:
- Plomada incompleta para Construcción de la Segunda Mitad del S.XIX, con Pesa maciza de hierro y sin conservar la nuez.
- El Cuerpo de la Pesa tiene forma cilíndrica y cónica, de 17,2 cm. de largo, 4,7 cm. de diámetro y 1.512 gr. de Peso, con Cabeza roscada.
- Se conserva muy buena y bonita pátina en toda la Plomada. La calidad de la fundición del hierro, y de la ejecución de la Plomada, es muy buena.
- A lo largo del cuerpo tiene torneadas diversas canaladuras de sutil profundidad, consiguiendo un armonioso efecto de conjunto.
- Los Distintivos localizados están realizados con un punzón, que tiene un troquel en su punta.
- El número “5” corresponde al tamaño de la pesa y el número 1.5 K corresponde al peso de la pesa, mientras que, de las tres siglas “B”, “Y” y “N”, no hemos encontrado datos que nos puedan facilitar información, aunque muy probablemente correspondan al fabricante.
- Que una plomada tenga algún distintivo, marca o contraste, distinto del número de su tamaño, es un detalle escasísimo y de gran importancia para el interés de la plomada.
- Probablemente la Plomada esté realizada en el sur de Europa.
Conservación y desperfectos:
- La Plomada se encuentran en buen estado de conservación, teniendo la Pesa varios golpes y roces, tanto en los bordes y cantos, como en las caras.
- En nuestra opinión, la fundición de la Pesa, presenta una muy pequeña coquera que más bien, parece un golpe.
- La Plomada presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.
Comentarios:
- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.
- Muy interesante como pieza de colección y como elemento decorativo.
- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.
- La Plomada en venta es la que se corresponde con las fotos, que a su vez se complementan en esta Descripción, con el objetivo de proporcionar un mejor conocimiento del Objeto, y nunca ser una exposición detallada del mismo.
