Treadmill decks are made to order and custom cut to any size.

Our specially treated Plywood is stronger than MDF or Chipboard.

(MDF is just compressed paper) (Chipboard is just sawdust and glue).

Our treadmill running board surfaces are finished in a special low friction coating on both sides.

Plywood thickness is 18mm, suitable replacement for all 12-26mm thickness running machine boards.

IMPORTANT: Please remove your old damaged deck to accurately measure it. You will need to use the old deck as a template to mark out and drill the holes as well as make any additional small inset cuts to the new deck yourself to ensure everything lines up exactly with your machines mounting points.
