It will fit any lenses that have 58mm threaded rim, such as Konica AR 57mm f1.4, or similar lenses. 

Item has been used with little signs of cosmetic use, I see some scratches from normal use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. I would rate it a 7, on a scale from 1 to 10.
