This set is being sold at a reduced price as the shrink-wrap packaging is damaged. The cutlery itself and storage box are brand new and undamaged.

Warranty and Returns
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
- For warranty claims, your product/pieces will be replaced at the discretion of the DIY Guys. if it is found to be faulty - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. Warranty does not apply to normal wear, including scratching or accidental breakage.
- For returns of non-defective products, the product must be returned in its original condition and factory packing, that is, NOT damaged, opened or used.
Notes - There are a number of makers of Laguiole cutlery. The styles (including the bees), colours and quality vary amongst the makers. Therefore, if you are buying to match an existing Laguiole set, please ensure that it is by the same maker.
