Up for purchase is a one Perforated Set of Headlight graphics in Waving American Flag.  These fit All Years of Honda Talon.  These apply directly to you headlights.  They can be applied without taking your grill shroud off, but is recommended to make the install easier.  These will dim you lights slightly, but the light does shine through them and is a very minimal loss of light.
