     It's a cleansing water mixed with oil and has a light yellow oil on top and the water looks clear from below. They both look separate in the bottle and we have to shake the bottle well before use. Very easy to use and the light, water-like texture that glides on smoothly on the skin. Never felt heavy on my skin, it works much better than oily skin. It smells amazing like the other Garnier products.It feels light, non-greasy and non-oily on my skin.I love this product.
