The material is 0.6mm pvc coated fire retardant tarpaulin,
which is known for it's durability, tear strength, and long lasting
quality.
Double stitching throughout the unit with triple stitching and quadruple
stitching in key areas inside the base of the unit. We use extra webbing
reinforcements on all the stress points and interior panels.
Parks come whith everything required to comply
with stringent UK legislation. BEWARE OF CHEAP COPIES they will not

Choice of material and material manufacturer is
very important. The Material that we use for the parks is heavy duty with high
durability 18OZ Tarpaulin, flame retardant to BS7837. Manufactured by Plato the
world’s largest, this material has 3 layers, 2 x PVC coated sides sandwiching a
heavy duty tarpaulin layer.
Durable 12 strand nylon thread which is higher
abrasion resistant and tare proof.
We double stitch everywhere inside and out, with
fourfold stitching at all stress points.
We make Triangle structure reinforce strips at
the bottom joint and each corner detail. All Floors will have floor strips for
additional reinforcement so that the floor can stand the Stress and strains of
Larger children and adults no matter how hard they play. This will make the
manufactured parts last lifetime of the product.
On the inside of every inflation tube is a
specially designed close of valve for if for any reason the air flow is
interrupted. This will slow the loss of air making it safe for customer to
dismount higher slides and obstacles.
Only we only use unique 2 x 2mm netting as opposed
to 5mm netting or bigger used by most inflatable game manufacturers. This is to
avoid serious injuries as even a small child's finger cannot penetrate the net
which is also waterproof and flame retardant, This specialised netting is still
transparent enough to allow for easy viewing.
Baffles that are secured by a 1000 x 1000 denier
material that provides the MAXIMUM strength of the internal baffling of every
inflatable. This material upgrade is unmatched by anyone else in the industry.
This material is key to the overall durability of the products we sell.
We put help handles on all climbing ladders so
that younger children can climb them more easily. On equipment used by larger
Children and adults, regular help handles are easy broken, so most
manufacturers do employ them. To avoid this problem, our help handles are
reinforced with double strips.
Any tether system is only as strong as its
weakest link. Tether points on our inflatables are extremely strong and
durable. Our heavy duty "D" ring tethering System has been laboratory-tested
by Professional Engineers for use on the biggest Hippo/giant slides. We use
this same system on every inflatable that we manufacture.
