NOS 1920's Monogram Junior Metal Motometer Cap Shield Knights of Columbus

1920's-1930's era piece.

Solid brass, plated Metal Fraternal Shield made by The Kingsley Miller Co. Chicago Illinois. 

This Monogrammed shield was made to customize your Radiator cap. They were included with purchase of the Monogram Junior Motometer unit, they fit right over and pin into the stock design on the Monogram Junior unit.  

This letter shield is  New Old Stock
I would call this finish a silver look.

Picture shows glare  from  camera flash makes it look a little washed out, it is not.

This is the Junior size shield Monogram letter, see my other larger size Monogram letters.

Dimensions: 1 1/4" from left to right outside peaks
Top mounting holes are 15/16" on center
Center measurement from top to bottom tip is 1 5/8"
Approx 1/8 inch depth of the curve

There are numerous alternative uses for this metal letter besides being a radiator ornament, it has a steampunk look, very industrial looking metal item.
