This iPad/tablet holder is in great condition!  Very colorful quilted floral pattern on the outside with blue polka dot pattern on the inside with zipper closure, there is a 'smudge' on the inside lining (pictured).  It has no interior or exterior pockets with two handles and measures approximately 8" wide and 10 1/2" high.
