SITH vs. JEDI ENAMEL PIN
..:: Description
This is a large, collectible enamel pin for Star Wars; the background is a split between the Jedi and Sith symbols with a crossed lightsaber and darksaber (most likely, Rey's/Luke's and Kylo Ren's, given the designs) on top that can spin around. The pin is fairly large, at approximately 5 cm / 2 inches across, and has two pins on the back to hold it in place, with rubber backings.
..:: Condition
This is a new and unused item, still in its original packaging. It has not been opened and there are only a few tiny marks on the packaging from it being on the shelves.
..:: Handling & Storage
This item was stored in a smoke and pot free facility. There are animals on premise, but all items are stored in a separate area. All items are packaged (if applicable) and cleaned (if applicable) before they are sent out and we do our best to reduce contaminates of any kind. For fabric items, washing instructions were followed and non-scented detergents were used; for toys or collectibles that required cleaning, water only or water and unscented hand or dish soap was used.

..:: Shipping Options
Phantom Eclipse Comics offers two shipping options; basic and tracked. Basic shipping is the cheapest option and will be shipped without a tracking number. You have the option at checkout of upgrading to tracked or parcel shipping, which comes with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. All items are shipped out of British Columbia, Canada.
..:: Combined Shipping
If you are buying multiple items from us at the same time, we can combine shipping so your items are sent as one cheaper package. To request combined shipping place all the items you intend to purchase in your cart, and then click the text saying "Request Total". Do not pay for your purchase at this time. (The "Request Total" link is located just above the cart items from our store, to the right of the text saying "Seller PEcomics") Wait for us to adjust the price and send you the new total - after the new total is sent, you can then pay for your order.
..:: Tracking
To save on shipping costs, most of our items by default do not ship with a tracking number. If you want a tracking number, you will need to purchase upgraded shipping. You may get a free tracking number if you are buying multiple (combined) items and the shipping is getting upgraded, or if the item in question is a high-value item.
..:: Travel Time
Due to current events, shipping times are not available. Please expect that your package may take longer to be sorted at a post office, may spend longer in transit and may be held at Customs for longer. We are not offering refunds for late items.

..:: Returning a Purchase
Phantom Eclipse Comics accepts returns within 30 calendar days of your package arriving if the product received damage during transit, does not fit (in the case of clothing) or was not as described. Return shipping will need to be paid for by you, the buyer. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to figure it out together!

The vast majority of every item we sell is a unique item and we very rarely have other copies to offer an exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve this in a satisfying way.
..:: Refunds for Lost / Damaged Items
Phantom Eclipse Comics can offer refunds in some situations. Please contact us if you are seeking a refund or return for your product. Please note however; we do not offer refunds for lost items that were shipped with our "basic shipping". Refunds for lost packages will only be offered in cases where upgraded shipping was paid for and a tracking number was provided to you.
