RETURNS & AMENDMENTS
Please contact us first before opening a return request if we sent an incorrect item or your item is received damage, please attach a photo.
We shall then normally either replace or refund without the need to return.
We cannot accept amendments from your checkout under " message to seller"
We use a third party fulfilment centre, all orders are immediately integrated direct to their system, so messages sent this way will not get picked up.
It's often possible to change an order within two hours by contacting us through the direct messaging system.
