Shipping

  • All items are shipped to the AU only.
  • Buyer has to pay for Shipping and Handling Fee.
  • As different weight items ship to different zone will charge different fees, items are sent according different situations via courier by Fedex delivery or by other large parcels delivery both are received within 1-6 working days of dispatch.
  • We send items to your eBay default address. We are unable to change the delivery address after the item is shipped out. So please make sure you are using the eBay check out page to fill in the correct delivery information, if not, you should be charged for the revising fee.
  • In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. CAUTION: Please provide your correct mobile phone number after payment as it is very important for the courier to ensure there is someone at home for big parcels.

Returns
  • 1.We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from our eBay Store. However, unlikely there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
    • Non Receipt Of Items

      If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

    • Items Damaged in Transit

      If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

    • Products Dead On Arrival/Received wrong goods

      If your item(s) are faulty/ wrong on arrival, please inform us as such within 3 working days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation within 14 days of receipt. Please send using the minimal postage costs for returning the item, second class post should be advised. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

    • Goods became damaged during use

      If your goods become faulty after delivery, and within the warranty period, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please note that buyer should pay the return shipping fee and handling fee.

    • If You Change Your Mind (DSR)

      If you change your mind after received items, we provide a return service that 14 days refund and buyer pays the return postage. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit. Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and Bestsaveronline will have a right of action against you to withhold a refund. If you cancel the contract under the DSR and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.

    • For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.

      NOTE: If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted. 

  • 2.The return item must be in new condition with the full package, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.
