Domestic Customers: 

Shipping and handling includes tracking, delivery confirmation and packaging. Estimated delivery time for your package to arrive will vary. First class mail 3 to 7 days, Priority mail 2 to 5 days, Parcel post 5 to 9 days, and UPS ground 2 to 7 days. Please consider these times when rating me; you can verify items were shipped on time through tracking.

For our Canadian and International Customers:

 I sell globally, ship domestically using the Global Shipping Program only.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

I accept all returns for merchandise that has not been worn.  There is a 10% deduction if the tags are not attached as it was received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
