Henry II or Richard I irregular local issue hammered short cross silver penny, struck by Simond at the Rhuddlan mint, North Wales. SIMON(D) ON RVLA circa 1180 - 1190. One of the harder mints to find. Last sold by "History in Coins" in 2010
