Original gears are plastic that why this is another trick made by WV to buy whole unit which is very expensive around 150 from saloon but today we have for sale stronger and better with 2 years warranty

Very easy to do it you have to only remove 2x nuts and fit it.

Remember always keep cable thight to avoid jumping out from the reel. Part is very srong inside but there is 5% possibility if cable will be loos thet will jump out from the reel.

If cable will be thight then no chance then somethink will hapened.

Dont worry that you will see little corosion on the frame becouse outside is always wet from the rain but inside there is clean with new parts and grees fot this will not be broken again then you want take your wheel up and down. You can do it 100 times and aluminium gear and reel will not be broken and plastic is bad for low temperature and aluminium is perfect.

Old broken spare wheel carrier will be collected by the courrier so please dont throw it away to the bin as this is part exchange service we need your old broken back.
