He is best remembered for his time at Arsenal, Manchester United and as a pivotal player for the Republic of Ireland.  Steve Sims is an English former football defender, probably most famous for his time at Watford. He started his career at Leicester City in 1975 and, after 3 seasons he was transferred to Watford for £175,000 and was the player of the season for 1980/81.
