1937 Vintage Photo by WIDE WORLD PHOTOS. Ramsay MacDonald, thrice Prime Minister of Great Britain, and his daughter, Sheila, saying good-bye to Senor Raul Regis de Oliveira, the Brazilian Ambassador, on leaving London, England 11/4 at the start of their vacation cruise to South America, which Mr. MacDonald was destined never to complete. He was 71 years old. Almost his last words as he embarked to Liverpool aboard the Ocean Liner Reina Del Pacifico, on which he died November 9, were: "I am going in search of that most elusive of all forms of happiness, rest."
