Standard Colouring Mane 6 (Wave 1 onwards):
Pinkie Pie - Pinkie Pie's mane and tail are coloured a hotter shade of pink than in the 2012 mini collection, more closely resembling her colouring on the show. Note that I have two presumably from 2013 (probably wave 9) but one is missing the date stamp on the hoof. One is from 2014 (wave 11). In good condition.
Pinkie Pie (brighter colour) - a variant from one of the multi-packs, her body is half a shade duller and her hair half a shade brighter shades of pink than usual.
Applejack - As per wave 1 onwards, she has regular colouring with red hair ties. From 2013, probaby wave 9.
Fluttershy - as per wave 1 onwards.
Princess Twilight Sparkle (Wave 12) - her necklace is unpainted for her Wave 12 version, and the star on her crown is also not painted. Only two colours in her mane and tail design for this version.
Princess Twilight (Rainbow Equestria Favourites) - same mold as above, but her necklace is painted and the stars on her jewellery are painted pink. Only two colours in mane and tail.

2012 US Exclusive Mini Collection:
Pinkie Pie - Her mane and tail are coloured with a cooler shade of pink than in other waves. She has some chips around the base of the hooves. 
Applejack - she doesn't have painted hair-ties in her mane like in other waves.
Skywishes - standard colouring, from wave 2 onward. This one is from 2014.

Coconut Cream
Sweetsong - small patches of lavender paint on her right foreleg are a slightly different shade of lavender to her body
