Be SURE you want the item Before you order. Be SURE your shipping address in eBay is correct. Be SURE to read the Description Before Ordering... Not kept in a smoke free environment (because i do buy from yard sales, and auctions exc) also their is people that i live with who smoke, we do have dogs and cats! Once you place the order CANCELING CAN NOT be done after shipping has started!! ... You sending a message is NOT the same as instantly receiving it!
RETURNS
Absolutely NO RETURNS!! ALL items have been personally tested and found to be in working condition prior to being listed here on eBay. Seller is able and willing to take additional photos and/or address any buyer concerns while an item is in still in hand or prior to the item being shipped.
In all cases if their is any issues with any item you bought from me, i will gladly help out in any form or matter that i can.
If for ANY reason you have ANY issues with DOA (dead on arrival) please message me and provide pictures of damage, and a brief description of what is wrong with the item and i will MOST GLADELY refund you in full THAT IS MY PROMISE, if their is an item that has multiple items such as LOT, OR BUNDLED posts... I will communicate with you the buyer on an appropriate partial depending on damage and what is still valuable left towards the bundle from damage!
If no compromise is to be made therefore after a return is to be a final resolution, thus is a reason I stride for 100% in service at all times!!
SHIPPING
Is ONLY Monday - Friday and Saturday before noun eastern time, I NORMALLY DO NOT ship out on weekends (family time is very important to me)! This includes up to a possible 3 business day hold max after initial payment has been made.
Orders CAN NOT be cancelled after shipping has been started!!
That means once you see a tracking number the only way an item can be cancelled is if their is a 10% re-stocking fee!! So please make sure you want the item and make sure it is in reasonable timing to cancel! Thank you.
I do have ebay's policy that will step in if for any reason a buyer can't make payment after 3 business days on any auctions, or sales!
