item is pre owned and used and is in good condition, came off of my previous vacuum where the base broke and had to buy a new one cause i couldn't find replacement part. it is just the replacement screws.  the item came off of a bissell crosswave all in one multi surface cleaner model 2211w. see pictures for more details on the item and what you will be getting. what you see in the pictures is what you will get and nothing else. item# 2617
