(The plastic housing over this card has come loose around the top and right side, It has been refastened with clear tape.  Three of the for corners have bee bumped as well with the lower left starting to fan and the upper left has crease marks. All contents are new and included on the card. The medallion looks yellowed from the outside but I think it's just the plastic housing covering it.)
