These innovative round chocolate biscuit cake liners let you create beautifully smooth finishes with super sharp edges in a new, quick and easy way.
It’s no secret that removing chocolate biscuit cakes from the tins is the part everyone dreads - the cracks, bumpy surfaces, the unwillingness of the cake to release. It can be such a hassle!
These liners make releasing your biscuit cakes from their tins a breeze. Simply turn your cake upside down, pop off the tin, flip the cake back around and peel away the plastic to reveal a smooth, satisfying finish.
These cake liners are so sturdy, you can make a cake up to 7 inches tall, regardless of the height of your cake tin!
Available in 5 - 12 inches.
Each pack comes with:
- A height guided printed liner (all liners are 7 inches tall)
- A reusable non-stick disc to line the bottom of your tine
- A clip to securely close the liner overlap
✔ Reusable
✔ Made from food-grade plastic
✔ Recyclable
Instructions:
- Place the non-stick disc in the base of your cake tin.
- Remove the protective layer from your cake liner and roll each end in on itself.
- Place the liner in your cake tin, making sure it is sitting flush with the tin.
- Using the protective clip provided, clip where the two ends of the liner overlap.
- Once you have your mixture ready, start filling the liner to the desired height. Be sure to press your filling down right into the edges - the base will be the top of your cake!
- Once you have filled the liner to the desired height, take the back of a spoon or other smooth utensil and flatten down the top.
- Place your chocolate biscuit cake into the fridge overnight or until set.
- Once set, flip your chocolate biscuit cake upside down so the tin is at the top. Pop off the tin and flip the cake back around.
- Unclip the safety clip, and gently peel off the liner.
For best results, peel the liner off of the cake immediately after taking it out of the fridge.
Achieve a tall, flawlessly smooth chocolate biscuit cake using these Round Chocolate Biscuit Cake Liners by Brigid's Cake Room.
