In this MONOPOLY spin-off, players vie to become the richest builder on the Boardwalk by owning hotels and adding floors to them.

Dice rolls determine how much the player can spend and what color group they can build in.

Fortune Cards allow players to take advantage of construction bonuses, natural disasters, and other events to add and remove floors.

The first player to pass $35 million in hotel property values wins the game.

Includes 80 hotel units, 3 dice, deck of 28 Fortune Cards, and 4 tokens.
