The accepted payment methods are as follows:

In case of purchase you will receive an e-mail message with all the instructions relating to the payment of the item.

The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the buyer during the payment process. The address must be complete and include a name present on the bell/intercom. A telephone number must also be indicated for any communications relating to the delivery. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 4 working days (islands and disadvantaged areas).

As required by the legislative decree 21 February 2014 n. 21 (arts. 52-59) which governs distance contracts, the customer can request the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods, without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal expires:

Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

1. the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014
2. the indication of the product/s for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. the data relating to your bank account in the event that the payment was made with methods other than Paypal.

Return for international customers.

International customers have the right to return their purchase 14 days from delivery. The return shipment is paid by the customer.

Certificates of guarantee and authenticity
The objects are accompanied by a certificate of guarantee or authenticity where these are foreseen. For all watches, the guarantee lasts 2 years from the date of the receipt. The fashion jewels are accompanied by a certificate of guarantee and/or originality and quality of the materials. The guarantee does not apply in case of improper use and treatment which could compromise or alter the integrity of the goods; however, it is subject to the restrictions specified by each manufacturer.
