Grade A - Laptop has little signs of use, may have minor wear and tear.
Grade B - Laptop may have signs of wear and tear to the lid and palm rest, any odd dent on lid, scratches/marks around the surface and the odd white blemish on screen. Item is in overall a good 2nd user condition. Excellent ex business machines for both home, work and education purposes.
Grade C - Laptop has clear heavy signs on use. Expect the laptop to have dents in the lid, cracks, major scratches, clear screen blemishes and a worn keyboard

Payments
Payments must be made through Paypal and be cleared before any item is dispatched this includes any pending transactions that may have not been cleared.
Delivery and Warranty
- All items will be securely packaged
- All items are security marked, security sealed and all serial numbers noted for fraud prevention.
- All items come with 90 days Return To Base warranty for peace of mind. Therefore if your item develops an issue within 90 days from the date of purchase, you will need to return it to us and our engineers will repair your laptop and return it back to you. Your item could take up to 5 days to be repaired before it is returned back to you. If we are unable to repair your item we will look to replace your laptop with another of similar specification, to note the make an model and screen size may differ.
Our warranty does not include the following:
- Laptop battery is not included in our warranty as this is a consumable and cells tend to die over time. It will be down to the buyer to replace the battery at your own cost.
- Accidental Damage caused by the end user and includes physical and liquid
Note our laptops come with a battery installed however we do not guarantee that the battery holds charge. Our laptops come fully working supplied with a charger.
Return Policies
This item comes with a 90 days Return To Base (RTB) warranty for peace of mind.
If an item is purchased that does not match the 'item description', has a 'Defect' or has been 'damaged in transit' please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve this matter. The buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item.
Please note: Any return / replacement requests raised for the above reasons within 30 days from date of purchase will fall under our returns policy and postage cost for return will be covered. Any requests received after 30 days from date of purchase will be reviewed in line with our warranty policy. Buyer must cover all postage costs including return.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason other than a discrepancy in item description or damage in transit we will still accept returns on items sold as 'New', 'New Other', 'Seller Refurbished' and 'Used', providing that the item/items is returned to us in the same condition . This applies to the item, retail packaging and security seal must be intact. The buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. We as the seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once the item has been received AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.
