When you are finished shopping, then please go to your shopping cart and use the "Request total from seller" link to request an invoice. This is now the ONLY way to receive a shipping discount!  We can no longer offer partial refunds for over-payment of shipping fees. Please pay within 3 days after you "commit to buy" an item.  A "non-payment" case will automatically be opened by eBay after 4 days.

Please notify us if you wish to return or exchange an item. We are committed to 5-star customer service. We will leave positive feedback after we know you are satisfied and have left positive feedback.

In the case of returns or exchanges, items must be returned in the same condition (and also packaged in the same safe manner) as when they were sent, with all packaging and paperwork. Cicciabella or clothing items must be tried on only and not worn. If there are issues, please submit pictures as soon as you can after receiving the item.

We ship only to U.S. PayPal Confirmed Addresses at this time.
Shipping charges are calculated by eBay, based upon weight, package size, and zip code. EBay should also automatically calculate combined shipping charges. If it appears that the eBay calculated charges are too high, please request an invoice before paying or contact us if you have any questions. We will be happy to work with you.

Items are shipped within two business days after receiving cleared payment.  Package carriers have been slower than usual because of reduced staff due to COVID.  We are not responsible for the length of time the package takes to reach you once it is in possession of USPS or FedEx.
