Judging by the hallmark on the movement, the watch was produced at the "Concordia" factory in Freiburg, Silesia in pre-war Germany (now the city of Svoboditsa, Poland). The abbreviation UCEG stands for 'Uhrenfabrik' - 'Concordia' - 'Eingetragene' - 'Genossenschaft' (ZAO Watch Factory "Concordia"). The factory was founded in 1881 and existed until 1899, after which its assets, together with several other factories in Freiburg, formed a joint venture called VFU, which produced watches under the Gustav Becker brand. Your watch, judging by the serial number of the movement, can presumably be dated to 1885-1890.
