1. We will usually send items within 1-2 working days after payment received. From monday to saturday, except sunday and some national holidays. Sunday and holidays maybe a little delayed, but we will still send items as soon as we can.

2. We will send packages via CHINA POST / EUB / SPEEDPAK / DHL / EMS etc...  The shipping methods are depending to the destination country.

3. Normally, it will takes around 7-25 working days for most countries, but some remote area and countries will takes longer, some countries will takes around 23-35 working days, the south America may takes up to 45-60 days.

4. The Import Valued Added Tax is not included. It is the buyer’s duty to pay VAT Import Tax. 

1. If the item you received is not as description, or damaged during shipping, we will pay for return.

2. If it is just the buyer’s own reason to return the item, and there is nothing wrong with the item we send, we can still accept return, but it will be the buyer’s duty to pay for the return.

2. Due to time different between different countries, so if you write to us, we may not be able to reply immediately, wish you can understand. But we will reply all messages and emails within 24 hours at working days. Sunday is not working.

For all EU member countries ,please note that according to the latest tariff policy implemented by the EU countries on 1 July 2021, all EU member countries will no longer enjoy the import tariff exemption policy, and all imported parcels imported into the EU countries from abroad will have to pay import tariffs from 1 July 2021, and the local customs office will collect the tariffs from the recipients according to the type of parcels when the imported parcels are cleared through customs. Depending on the type of parcel, local customs will collect the customs duty from the recipient when the parcel is cleared. Please note that the import duty is the responsibility of the recipient and is paid directly by the recipient to the local customs office. Our selling prices do not include import duties.

For countries other than the European Union, we declare parcels in accordance with the policies of the different countries, which usually do not incur import duties, but there is no guarantee that the customs policies of certain countries or regions may change at any time. Therefore, if you have requirements for the declared amount of the parcel, please let us know when you place the order, otherwise we will declare the parcel according to the policies of different countries, please note that when the parcel is cleared by the customs and inspected by the customs, if there is any tax incurred, the import tariffs will be paid by the recipient directly to the local customs, our sales price does not include import tariffs.
