Every stock cover is made of premium select, full grain & veg tanned American cowhide.  Each Stock Cover will include lace and complete installation instructions with helpful photos.

Why do so many leather crafters fail to note the quality of leather that they use?  Do you know the difference between Full Grain Leather and say for instance Top Gran Leather?  Well here it is:  Full Grain Leather is the highest quality grade leather that money can buy!  At Ricochet Roy's Old West Custom Leather not only do we use only Full Grain Leather but Premium Select, Veg Tanned, and Gum Flesh Full Grain Leather for all of our products!  This is the best of the best for gun leather products!  Full Grain Leather comes from the top layer of hide and includes all of the natural grain.  On the other hand, Top Grain Leather is the second highest grade of leather and has the outermost layer of hide removed.  this difference makes the leather thinner and more workable, it other words weaker and prone to breakdown from regular use.  And then there is even lesser grade leathers and even vegan (imitation) leathers that are commonly used both in America and overseas in all sorts of leather products, which gun leather products made of such lesser grade and vegan leathers is reflected in the ridiculous low price of products.  With all of our gun leather products at Ricochet Roy's Old West Custom Leather, we respect and appreciate our customers and are all about Real Professional Quality, Fair Pricing and Shooting Comfort!
