Once you approve the repair, I will get started. 

Once complete, I will ship your Mac to you for no additional cost – the return shipping is built into the price of this service, you only need to pay to ship it securely to me:
  • Once you purchase this service, I will send you my shipping address in an eBay message
  • Be sure to package your Mac securely with plenty of bubble wrap so it travels safely
  • I recommend adding insurance to your shipment
  • Definitely require signature for delivery!
  • Send me your tracking number once shipped
  • Do not include any cords or cables or dongles, just your Mac!
NOTE: If you do NOT approve any of my suggested repair options, or if I am UNABLE to properly diagnose what's wrong with your Mac, I will ship your Mac back to you and refund the price of this service MINUS $30 to cover return shipping/tracking/signature confirmation and my eBay fees that I will owe. That said, I'm sure we can work out a solution that works for both of us, and I have never been unable to diagnose a Mac thus far in my career.
