14 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee:-Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). Goods must be unused and in their original packaging (Damaged packaging carries a repacking charge). The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other trackable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refund On Correctly Supplied Goods:-We will take returns on correctly supplied goods or if customer purchased incorrectly - however return postage and a 20% restocking charge will be paid by the customer.
Faulty goods :-In the unlikely event that an item is returned because it is faulty, it must be returned to us and it will be sent to either our supplier or an independent specialist for test or examination - we will only issue a refund or new part once we have the test / examination results.

Postage/Shipping:-We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our delivery method is via DPD Recorded Delivery, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Lost Items:- Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous ebay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated.

Returns

Return Policy 7 Day Cooling Off Period (Distance Selling Act 2000) This regulation gives you the right to cancel your order for any reason within a cooling off period of 7 working days after you have received your goods. To cancel you need to contact us. The cooling off period allows you to examine the goods as you would be able to in a retail store. It does not however give you the right to try out the goods. The goods need to be returned in their original condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 5 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Once we establish the returned goods are in re-saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the goods (excluding our shipping costs). If the returned goods are not in re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the goods back to you. Faulty or Damaged Goods In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us within 3 working days and describe the damage so that we can take appropriate action. Please take notice of any damage to the shipping materials. We may ask you to e-mail us a digital picture of the damaged goods or send the product back to us for inspection (within 7 working days). We will either replace the product or we will refund your payment in full (incl. shipping costs). If the product is faulty and we asked you to send the product back for inspection, your shipping costs will be refunded too. If no fault is found, the goods can be returned at your expense or a refund given less postage and packaging. Return for Any Other Reason You must contact us to inform us that you wish to return the goods within 7 calendar days of receiving them. If the goods you wish to return are not faulty but have been opened we will request you return them to us at your own expense. Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected. Only if the packaging is undamaged and the goods are complete will a refund be granted on the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging).
