The 16 Chuck/Changer is factory installed to the right side of a 28L Low Base, Red Wing Lathe. This combination provides the technician with the ultimate in chuck changing efficiency at both low and high lathe speeds. The movement of the activating handle allows the technician to change from 1/4” to 3/32”] burs, mandrels and chuck accessories without stopping the lathe. This combination will pay for itself in time saved, while providing excellent concentricity for accurate, professional results in finishing appliances.

A 1/4 HP two speed 1725/3450 rpm polishing motor with 4 1/2” shaft height.

Built for the technician who requires additional torque, the 28L contains standard dental tapered shafts with chuck removers.

This durable motor will provide years of service for your laboratory.

Available in 115 Volts/60Hz as a standard product (the 28L is also built in 230 Volts/60Hz at additional charge)
