WALTHAM HEADER CLOCK CIRCA 1930s

Up for your consideration is a Waltham 8 day header clock, circa 1930s. Believed to be Packard. The numeral ring on the face of the clock is raised. It measures 3" diameter. It has no crystal. It has only 1 hand.
