2000 Sesame Street Neighbours amazing sheetlet of 9 stamps in mint never hinged (MNH) condition from the Pacific Island of Kiribati. These colourful stamps show the following characters (from left, row by row):

This wonderful genuine, postally-valid stamp issue shows scenes from the Street including the much loved Jim Henson Muppet characters who star in one of television's most successful programmes for pre-school children.

Produced by Sesame Workshop (SW), previously known as Children's Television Workshop (CTV), Sesame Street was launched on public television stations in the United States at the end of 1969 - and this special stamp issue celebrates its first 30 years on air.

As of 2021,more than 4500 episodes of Sesame Street have gone to air around the world.
