CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - please contact us during office hours to pay by card
PAYPAL - please send payments through the ebay payment system.
CASH IN PERSON - all items can be collected and paid for in person from our premises located in Tamworth during office hours, please contact us to arrange collection.
Delivery is by Royal Mail for smaller items and courier for larger items. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge for larger items. Please contact us for details.
We keep the most popular items in stock which we aim to deliver within 2 working days, although some items (specifically lightbars) are custom built and can take longer. If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone.
Payment and Returns
- All goods should be paid for within 7 days otherwise the item will be re-listed in line with eBay policy and the sale is declared void.
- Please proceed to checkout after purchase, a non-paying-bidder alert will be filed against non-payers.
- No items will be sent until the payment has been received in full. Please make sure that the goods purchased are compatible with your requirements. All our products are provided with a 1 year Return to Base Warranty from the date of receipt.
- Any item(s) returned is to be done at the cost of the buyer. Items must be returned in full, with no missing components. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
